Gort Community Centre enjoys a Dulux ‘Let’s Colour’ Makeover
Gort Community Centre, Wexford
The exterior of the Gort Community Leisure Centre Co.Wexford didn’t represent the vibrancy and get up and go attitude of the community until the project team put in some hard work, imagination and gave it a fresh coat of paint thanks to the Dulux Let’s Colour Project. It is now a fresh and vibrant building for the whole community to use and enjoy for many years to come.
Colourful Train Mural created at Seasons of Fun Playschool and Crèche!
Seasons of Fun Playschool and Crèche, Wexford
The grey wall in the playground at Seasons of Fun Playschool and Crèche in Wexford were transformed into a colourful train representing the seasons as part of the Dulux Let’s Colour Project. Joe McConville explained the thinking behind this colourful mural “This grey wall will be brightly painted and transformed into a thing of interest stimulating the imagination and potential for learning in the children who use the area. The project will be designed and completed by a group of adults who attend the adjoining Day Activation Unit. It will create a positive feeling of contributing in this group”
